Please note: PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are not eligible for shipping via any method.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our warehouse handling requires an additional 1–2 business days. If you have special circumstances or requests, please leave a message in the note field when adding items to your cart.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), the United Kingdom, and selected European countries. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, based on proximity to your delivery address.

Package Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available. It is normal for updates to be delayed while the parcel is in transit.

Shipping Address Modification

The ability to change your shipping address depends on the order’s shipping status:

If a Tracking Number Has Been Issued:
Address changes are generally not possible once a tracking number has been assigned due to carrier restrictions.

For U.S. Customers: Deliveries are handled by UPS or FedEx. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. You may try contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number:

For European Customers: Deliveries are carried out by DPD or DHL. Depending on parcel status, you may request changes via your DPD/DHL account, the hotline (with verification), or the link in the courier’s notification email.

For UK Customers: Deliveries may be handled by Evri (Hermes), Yodel, DPD UK, or Royal Mail. Limited redirection options may be available via each courier’s website or app. Royal Mail typically does not support address changes once dispatched.

If You Have Not Yet Received the Shipping Confirmation Email:
There is still a chance to adjust your address if the package has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@vancassotableware.com with your order details. Note there can be a short delay between physical shipment and the system sending a shipping notification.

Address Accuracy Advisory:
Please carefully review your shipping address before checkout. Incorrect details may lead to delays or undeliverable packages, for which vancasso cannot be held responsible. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact our customer service promptly to explore possible corrections.

Taxes and Duties

For U.S. Customers: Prices displayed for the U.S. market do not include taxes. Estimated taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The final total will be confirmed via email or text message after purchase.

For Customers in the UK and Europe: Prices shown include all applicable taxes and import duties. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery — there are no hidden costs.
