Wir haben mehrere Geschirr-Sets gekauft Bund sind damit sehr zufrieden.
Ich musste dann zwar kurz reklamieren, da ein Teller nicht ganz in Ordnung war, aber dieses würde ohne irgendwelche Anstalten ausgetauscht. Geschirr 5 Sterne und Service 5 Sterne

The plates are beautiful and arrived really quickly. Can’t wait to see them in use esp red and green for Christmas!

Ordered two sets, one bowl came broken but it was replaced. It was a little process and frustration toke the place but resolved at the end.
The set is great, just be aware that plates won't turn inside your microwave due to their size and they may not fit into the same cupboard where you store your previous plates. Otherwise happy with my purchase.

Found Vancasso as they supply a high street chain. Took a chance as never heard of the supplier before. Was expecting a week to deliver and it arrived in two days. Well packaged, no breakages, and it is lovely! Like, really good quality, great pattern, I live the plates are deep enough to avoid spillages. The mugs are sturdy but not too thick to drink out of. Customer service is excellent and prompt. Will definitely not be the last time I use Vancasso

I ordered a set from Vancasso in October and it arrived quickly. But, three of the items were damaged. Sana from customer service was super nice and understanding. She said they'd send a new set for free in mid-November since they were out of stock. Usually, other companies would tell you to contact them again in November, but not Vancasso! I was so surprised when I got the new set last week. It's perfect!
Don't hesitate to order from them. Their customer service is amazing and they'll take care of any issues you have.
