1. How do I join the rewards program?

You don’t need a separate registration to join — everyone can start earning points right away by creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, or making a purchase.

To redeem rewards or check your balance, simply create a store account and log in to your member dashboard.

2. Can I earn points without creating an account?

Yes! Points are automatically tracked for the email you use at checkout, even if you don’t have an account yet.

Once you create a store account with the same email, all your previous points will be automatically synced to your account.

3. How do I check my points and rewards?

After logging in to your account, simply go to the Loyalty Hub — you can find it under your account menu on both desktop and mobile. There, you can check your total points, available rewards, referral link, and redeem your coupons directly from your loyalty dashboard.

4. When will my points be added to my account?

Points for purchases are added after your order is completed and paid.

Points for actions like signing up, subscribing, or leaving a review are usually added instantly once the action is verified.

5. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There’s no limit to how many points you can earn from your orders — you’ll continue collecting points with every purchase.

However, points earned from product reviews are limited to three reviews per month.

6. Why do my points not match my order total?

Points are calculated based on your order’s subtotal — that means 1 point for every 1 USD spent.

For other currencies, the amount is converted into USD first before points are awarded.

Please note that for U.S. orders, taxes are not included in the points calculation.

7. Will I receive points for past orders?

Only orders placed on or after October 29, 2025, when our rewards program launched, are eligible for points.

8. Can I earn points from purchases on other platforms?

Points are awarded only for purchases made on our official website.

9. How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points, open the Loyalty Hub and choose a reward you’d like to use. After you redeem it, a unique coupon code will appear — simply copy the code and enter it at checkout to apply your discount.

You can also view all your redeemed rewards anytime in your loyalty dashboard.

10. Can I use my rewards together with other store discounts?

Yes! Rewards can be combined with our store promotions, including “Buy 2 Get 10% Off” and “Buy 3 Get 15% Off” offers.

11. Why can’t I claim my birthday reward?

Birthday points can only be issued if your birthday is added to your account at least 30 days in advance.

If your birthday was added too close to the date, the reward will become available for your next birthday.

12. Do my points expire?

Points remain valid as long as your account is active.

If your account stays inactive for 12 months, the system may automatically clear unused points.

13. Will I lose points if I cancel or return an order?

Yes. Points earned from any cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will be deducted automatically from your account once the order is updated.

14. Can I cancel my membership in the rewards program?

Yes, you can opt out anytime. Please contact our support team if you’d like to remove your account from the rewards program.
