I had some real frustrations ahead of a delivery required for Christmas - Christmas dinner, specifically.

The terms of sale were clear, as was the delivery estimate.

Turned out, the product was out of stock. Even though the site said it wasn't. It sunk my Christmas - with last minute changes for visiting family.

A 1st world problem, for sure. Nevertheless, I was left really frustrated - not at the problem, as such - but at the content design and service statement. The experience wasn't as advertised.

However, Vancasso leapt in right away, put my main order on supercharge, and delivered a little (matching) tea set by way of apology.

The main product, a marine green 'starry' dinner set (x2) arrived in the New Year, and is absolutely beautiful. Stunning, actually.

I can't fault the superb customer service, who not only worked hard to help me, but addressed the negative feedback by way of sorting it. The free tea set was a very lovely gesture.

La vajilla tiene muy buena calidad. Los platos son pesados para la calidad de la cerámica. Yo frego los platos a mano y es muy agradable tocar la pintura en relieve. Compraré más.

The whole process was a delight. The customer service is first class. They always grt straight back having sorted out tge problem.
The product is stunning.

Very happy with my new dinner set, love the colour and the quality of the set. I have been using it and it has been in the dishwasher and is still looking like new. The customer service I received from Vancasso was exceptional when I contacted them regarding a damaged plate I received when the set was delivered. If you are looking for a new dinner set this one is beautiful.

I absolutely love this dinner set. I now have the entire range of Bonita including mugs & pasta bowls. They are beautiful colours and perfect sizes. Lightweight to use, but hard wearing.. this company have an excellent Customer Service. I would recommend this company and these products to everyone.

Love the simi dinnerware set! they’re my daily plates, and whether it’s a simple meal I’m having — the design elevates my food experience.

The Bonito dinner set is absolutely stunning and although, sadly, 2 items were damaged, Vancasso replace them within days & with no fuss. Excellent customer service & I can highly recommend them.
