Each week, we will randomly select a customer from that week's purchases. The more weeks you choose to make a purchase, the more chances you have to win!

Drawing Time:

In our weekly reward program, each purchase you make qualifies you for a draw that will be announced two weeks after your purchase week. For example, if you make a purchase in the first week, you can look forward to the draw results being announced in the third week. This schedule ensures that every participant has a clear timeline for when to expect the exciting announcement of winners.

Winners will be contacted within two business days following the draw. Keep an eye on this page, as well as your inbox, because we'll be announcing the surnames and countries of our weekly winners right here. Your triumph will be shared with our community, with a nod to the privacy you value.

Prize Delivery:

In Case of Breakage:

Should your "Navia Grey Mugs Set of 4" arrive with any damage, we want to reassure you of our commitment to your satisfaction. For damage involving more than two pieces, we will promptly arrange for replacements. However, please note that if two or fewer pieces are damaged, we will not be able to offer replacements.
