4:Smart Stacking: Stack your dinnerware carefully to avoid chipping or scratching. Use padding between each piece if possible.
5:Regular Checks: Periodically inspect for signs of wear or damage. Clean or replace items as needed.
6:Mild Detergents: Stick to mild detergents to maintain the original colors and finish of your dinnerware.
7:Hand Wash Recommended: For delicate items or those with intricate designs, hand washing is advised.
8:Temperature Caution: Avoid exposing your dinnerware to extreme temperatures, such as taking it directly from the refrigerator to the microwave.
Please note that PO Boxes, AOP, FPO, and DPO addresses are not eligible. (Orders shipping to a PO Box cannot ship via any express method.)

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the logistics center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
You can track your parcel at Track Order or at 17track.net.
Duties, and taxes, are not included in the item price or shipping cost. This means that you may need to pay the corresponding tax according to your local tax policy when you pay the order bill, or you may need to pay duties and taxes after receiving the order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

Arrived with 4 broken bowls they didn't hesitate to replace amazing service
None of them were damaged when they arrived. They feel pretty solid, like quality dishes. Much heavier than the ceramic plates they are replacing. These are the black and blue ones, obviously. They look as expected based on the Amazon picture.
I ordered a set of 12 in the green and love them. The set was a little more blue/green than I expected, but they were gorgeous. All 48 dishes came unbroken as they were very well packed. One small plate had a chip of glaze missing (probably a manufacturing issue). We contacted the company and they replaced it immediately. The replacement dish was a little more green and less blue than the other plates, but this is a factor of hand glazing and it still looks beautiful. I love the fact the set comes with no mugs. I didn't need matching mugs. The plates are dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe. Definitely would order these again. Excellent customer service. These would make nice gifts too!

Dieses Service war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, welches bei den Beschenken sehr gut angekommen ist.
Was gleich auffällt, ist die absolut schöne Optik. Kein Teil gleicht dem anderen. Immer wieder gibt es unterschiedliche Farbnuoncen, welche dieses Service einzigartig machen.
Eine Schüssel war leider kaputt.
Heiligabend noch den Verkäufer angeschrieben.
Am 2. Weihnachtstag wurde bereits eine Ersatzlieferung dieser Schüssel in den Versand gegeben. TOP!
